Das Matrix-Kern-Team hat offenbar finanzielle Probleme, weil sich die starke Nutzung nicht darin wiederspiegelt, dass dort Geld ankommt. Gerade die staatlichen Akteuere müssen hier einen Beitrag leisten, finde ich. Billiger ist #digitalesouveränität nicht zu bekommen.

We are witnessing a classic tragedy of the commons. We’ve released all the foundational code of Matrix as permissively-licensed open source and got it to the point that anyone can successfully run it at scale themselves.
