Zakhar Shchurko, a 10th-grader from Lviv, single-handedly developed a portable charging station for the Ukrainian military.Zakhar built a prototype with the money he was saving for a bicycle and a laptop. Local authorities plan to help a 15-year-old boy set up mass production.
